The BE and EnvE accreditation agreements require that our students complete laboratory safety training.

The best way to complete this is via Cornell’s online basic lab safety course EHS 2555.

If you have not yet taken the training:

1. Log in to Workday Learning
2. Search for “EHS 2555”
3. Complete the course
4. Select Print Certificate at the end, and save it as a PDF.
5. Hold onto the completion certificate and email it to Brenda Marchewka when you receive your first official Program Progress Form (PPF).

If you have already completed the training as part of a research position or for another academic course,

1. Log in to Workday Learning
2. Search for “EHS 2555”
3. Select Print Certificate, then save as PDF.
4. Hold onto the completion certificate and email it to Brenda Marchewka when you receive your first official Program Progress Form (PPF).
